See the bill before the invoice
Month-to-date spend and usage against your plan limits for Vercel, Anthropic, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Neon and more, with a heads-up at 80%.
Desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux · Beta opening soon
Dashtop puts the bills, usage limits, failed deploys and errors from Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI and 30+ more tools on one live screen. Your API keys never leave your computer.
30+ sources today, more on the way. Read-only keys wherever the provider offers them.
Seats, company cards, renewals and client domains. They’re in the works, and waitlist answers decide what ships first.
List the tools that have no API, or let the receipts in your inbox fill it in, and hear before each one renews.
Slack, Figma and GitHub Copilot seats with an estimated monthly cost, so unused seats stand out.
Every software charge on Brex or Ramp, grouped by vendor, including the tools nobody connected.
MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and domain expiry for every client domain you look after, checked from public DNS.
One screen for the numbers that cost you money or wake you up at night.
Month-to-date spend and usage against your plan limits for Vercel, Anthropic, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Neon and more, with a heads-up at 80%.
Failed deploys, red CI, new Sentry issues and past-due payments raise a desktop notification, even with the window closed.
Drag widgets onto as many dashboards as you like. They lay themselves out, and each one can be resized.
Every widget reads the provider's own billing and usage APIs, and anything estimated says so on the card.
Paste a read-only key. Each source links straight to the page that creates it, and tests the key before saving it.
Drop widgets onto your dashboard. Previews show your real numbers before you place them.
Alerts tell you when spend spikes, a quota fills up or a deploy fails.
Dashtop is a desktop app, not a web service. There is no server of ours between you and your providers, so there's nothing of yours for us to store, leak or lose.
Read what we do collectmacOS Keychain, Windows Credential Manager or the Linux Secret Service.
From your computer to Vercel, Stripe and the rest. Nothing in between.

Teams with shared dashboards are on the roadmap.
No. Keys go into your operating system's keychain, and every request goes directly from your computer to the provider. There's no server of ours that could see them.
The least it can: Stripe restricted keys, GitHub fine-grained tokens with read access, Cloudflare read-only tokens and so on. Each connect dialog says exactly which permissions to give.
macOS, Windows and Linux. It lives in your menu bar or system tray, so alerts arrive even when the window is closed.
We update the connector. That's why it's a subscription: keeping 30+ integrations correct is ongoing work, and you get every fix.
Yes. Add every account you have, say your own Supabase org and two client orgs, then choose which projects or databases inside each one to watch.
Tell us when you join: the form asks which other tools you pay for, and those answers decide what we build next. A Custom JSON widget for any URL is coming too.
The beta opens to the waitlist first. After that comes the public launch, with a 14-day free trial.
Join the waitlist and try the beta before anyone else.
